Florida Blue members with Individual or Family Plans (not through your job or Medicare) now have:

  • More Rewards to Help with Your Premium

    If you have an individual Affordable Care Act plan, or if you want to switch to one, you can earn big rewards. Through Better You Strides, our online health and wellness program, every adult covered under your plan can now earn up to $500 in rewards toward the premium each year and we’ve made it faster to earn. So, if four people on the plan qualify and do the wellness programs, they could save up to $2,000 toward their premiums this year! Each member will need to log in or create a member account on floridablue.com. Once you complete those steps, you'll see your Better You Strides page. All rewardable activities will be clearly marked with the dollar amount you can earn.

Anyone who has lost coverage or is earning less than before (even if you’re not a current Florida Blue member):

  •   See If You Qualify for a Different Plan or Help Paying Your Premium

    For those who may have lost a job, lost the health coverage you had through your job or are earning less due to COVID-19, our agents can help. We can find out if you qualify for financial help to pay your premium (also called a subsidy). If you already get a subsidy, you may now qualify for a higher one. Or maybe you just want to find a more affordable plan to better fit your budget.
